Every step between your spec sheet and a delivered container.
Most sourcing agents stop at introducing you to a factory. We stay on the file through negotiation, inspection, consolidation, freight and customs — the parts of the process where orders actually go wrong.
Seven services, one point of contact.
Engage us for the full chain or drop in for a single stage — factory audits and QC inspections are available even if you're buying direct.
Factory sourcing & vetting
We match your spec against a network of audited factories across Shunde, Lecong and Longjiang, screening for export licensing, production capacity and past defect rates before anyone quotes you a price.
- Shortlist: 3–5 factories per product category, with photos and capacity data
- Vetting: business licence, export history, factory size and staff count verified on site
- Negotiation: FOB pricing negotiated directly — no hidden agent markup on unit cost
Samples & prototype coordination
We commission and courier physical samples, or arrange a factory video walkthrough where a sample run isn't practical, then track revisions until the piece matches your approved spec.
- Turnaround: typically 10–18 days for a first sample from confirmed spec
- Revisions: logged against your original brief so nothing drifts between rounds
Quality control & inspection
Our own inspectors — salaried by us, not the factory — check production at three points: incoming materials, mid-line assembly, and pre-shipment packing, against your approved sample or spec sheet.
- Pre-production: materials, hardware and fabric checked against the order before cutting starts
- Mid-line: joint stability, finish and colour match checked during assembly
- Pre-shipment: full carton count, drop test and packing list reconciliation before loading
Consolidation & warehousing
Orders from multiple factories are palletised and combined into a single container at our Foshan warehouse, so a dining set from Lecong and an outdoor rattan line from Shunde can still land on one bill of lading.
- Storage: short-term holding while remaining line items complete production
- Loading: container loading plans built to minimise transit damage on upholstered pieces
Freight forwarding & export customs
We book ocean freight to your nearest port, handle Chinese export customs declaration, and prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading your broker will need on arrival.
- Routing: FCL and LCL options quoted to Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila and Port Klang
- Documentation: export paperwork prepared to match your destination country's import requirements
Compliance & documentation
We confirm material and labelling requirements for your destination market ahead of production, so a shipment doesn't get held at your port over a missing certificate.
- Certification: flagged early where fumigation, fire-retardant or material certificates apply
- Labelling: country-of-origin and care labelling checked against destination customs rules
Buying trips & showroom visits
For buyers who want to see production themselves, we plan a factory and showroom itinerary across Lecong Furniture City and Shunde, with a local team member accompanying every visit and translating on the floor.
- Itinerary: built around your product categories, not a generic factory tour
- Ground support: transport, translation and appointment scheduling included
Work with us project by project, or on retainer.
Most first-time clients start with a single container to test the process before moving to a standing arrangement.
Single order
One product line, one container. Sourcing, QC and freight quoted as a flat fee on top of factory cost.
Standing sourcing
Recurring monthly or quarterly orders across multiple categories, with a dedicated account contact and priority QC scheduling.
Inspection service
You source and negotiate directly — we handle independent factory audits and pre-shipment inspection only.
Common questions from first-time buyers.
Is there a minimum order size?
No minimum for factory audits or QC-only engagements. For full sourcing and consolidation, most first orders fill a quarter to a full 40ft container — we'll tell you honestly if your volume is too small to consolidate efficiently.
How is your fee structured?
Either a flat sourcing fee per order, or a percentage of FOB value for retainer clients — agreed upfront, with no markup hidden inside the factory quote.
What happens if an inspection fails?
We hold the shipment and go back to the factory for rework or replacement at their cost, not yours. You only see stock that has passed pre-shipment inspection.
Can you source outside furniture — like lighting or decor?
Yes, where it's produced within the same Foshan and Guangdong supplier network — lighting, homeware and soft furnishings are common add-ons to a furniture order.
