About these terms

This website is operated by Wonder Sourcing Limited (Business Registration No. 77216103), based in Chancheng District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website. Work we carry out for you — sourcing, factory auditing, inspection, consolidation — is governed by the agreement we sign with you, and where the two differ, that agreement prevails.

Information on this site is general, not an offer

Our guides, market pages and cost explanations are written to help buyers understand how sourcing from China works. They are general information, not advice for your particular order, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

Figures need particular care. Import duty rates, destination tax rates, freight costs, lead times and minimum order quantities all change, differ by product and HS code, and depend on details only you and your customs broker have. The calculator on this site uses rates pre-filled as examples for illustration. Confirm anything that matters with your own broker before you rely on it or quote it onward.

What our work does and does not promise

We act as your sourcing agent. We do not manufacture anything, and we are not the seller of the furniture.

• Verification is due diligence, not a guarantee. When we audit a factory or check a business licence, we report what we find through the checks we agreed. That reduces your risk; it does not remove it, and it is not a warranty of any factory’s future conduct.
• Inspection is sampling. Pre-shipment inspection checks a sample of the order against an agreed specification and standard. It substantially lowers the chance of defects reaching you. It does not inspect every unit, and it cannot.
• Specifications are yours to approve. Product quality is judged against the sample, drawing and tolerances you sign off. If a specification is silent on something, that thing is not controlled.
• Third parties can fail. Factories miss dates, shipping lines roll sailings, customs holds containers. We work to prevent these and to resolve them quickly, but we cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by others.

Content accuracy and availability

We try to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. We do not warrant that every page is complete, current or error-free, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and branding on this site belong to Wonder Sourcing Limited or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share our guides for your own business purposes. Please do not republish them wholesale as your own, or use our branding in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist. Product images and specifications belonging to factories or brands remain theirs.

Links we do not control

We link to outside services such as WhatsApp and to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or losses arising from information on this website being relied on without your own verification. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Liability for work we carry out for you is dealt with in your service agreement, not here.

If part of these terms is unenforceable

If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that provision is read as narrowly as possible to give it effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We would much rather resolve any disagreement by talking first, and we will always try to.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
